• 30 (thirty) seedlings labeled and potted flower starts, typically 4-6 of each variety, average of 5-7 varieties in each garden box
• A Seven Stars Flowers & Farm planting guide with specific growing information for each variety

DELIVERY
The summer garden box is ready for local delivery 6-8 weeks after your initial order date. We will notify you by email when your garden box is ready and will arrange a date and time for delivery.
GARDEN BOX TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Payment
Full payment is due to reserve your garden box as we have a limited amount available. Prices are plus taxes. Payment can be made through our website. There are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of the garden box once purchased. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we have a strict no refund/return policy. If there is a problem with your order please take a photo and get in touch with us, we will do our best to address the problem.
2. We retain the ability to decline or cancel a new order.
This will only be done if we are unable to fill your order due to Mother Nature, variations in the weather beyond our control, or if we do not have product or staff availability.
3. San Diego County
We only sell garden boxes to gardeners within San Diego County only. We follow county nursery guidelines and will not ship outside of our county. Local delivery only.
When should I expect my garden box?
The summer garden box is ready for delivery between 6-8 weeks after your order is placed. We will notify you by email when your garden box is ready and will arrange a date and time for delivery. Due to Mother Nature, your garden box may come later than expected. We will notify you if this occurs. We want to give you the best plants possible, so please be patient with us.
Why does it take so long to get my garden box?
We want each variety to be mature enough to be transplanted. This ensures that your flowers will thrive in your home garden.
How am I supposed to know how to plant my garden box?
Each garden box will have a Seven Stars Flowers & Farm planting guide with specific growing information for each variety: sun requirement, depth to plant, watering frequency, fertilization recommendations, and pinching (if needed).
Can I choose what flowers go in my garden box?
For the Dahlia Garden Box, you have different options of colors or varieties depending on what you choose to purchase.
For the Mums Garden Box and Summer Garden Box, you can always ask, however there is no guarantee that we will accommodate requests. Each variety grows and matures at specific times. We carefully consider what we grow and when it is ready in time for the garden boxes.

Oh no! My plants are dying. What can I do?
Some transplant shock is expected in the first few days. If your plants are not thriving after 7 days, contact us via email at info@sevenstarsflowers.com to get help with your plants.
Do you ship plants?
We choose to be responsible flower farmers by following state and county agricultural regulations. Therefore, we only sell plants within San Diego County. We do not ship plants. We only provide local delivery to the San Diego County area.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict no refund/return policy. If there is a problem with your order please contact us, we will do our best to address the problem.
