Full payment is due to secure your subscription
as we have a limited amount of subscriptions available and they sell out fast. Prices are plus taxes. Payment can be made through our website. There are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of the CSA once purchased. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we have a strict no refund/return policy. If there is a problem with your order please take a photo and get in touch within 24 hours, we will do our best to address the problem.

    2. Start dates
We have specified start dates that you can choose from in the Store that will run every week, bi-weekly (every 2 weeks), or monthly (every 4 weeks) depending on the subscription. However, the start date of the CSA subscription may be somewhat flexible and based on seasonal weather conditions and product availability. On rare occasions, our farm may need to close on some weekends. We need a vacation just like everyone else! In this event, we will notify our subscribers in advance to set up an alternative delivery date.

    3. Receiving Your Subscription
We harvest and condition our flowers so that they are fresh when we deliver them. We put them in two gallon floral buckets with plenty of water to drink. We will deliver a floral bucket at the 1st delivery with water in it, and you are responsible for putting out that same floral bucket with water filled 1/4 of the way at the 2nd and 3rd deliveries. We do not want your flowers to die, so we will remind you Saturday morning to place your bucket outside.

We deliver on Saturdays 12pm-6pm. If you do not have a bucket out, we will try our best to put it in a shaded spot near your door. It is not our responsibility for its freshness after drop off, that’s up to you!

There are no rain checks on the bouquet subscriptions - for example if you go on vacation or away, please arrange for someone to come to your house to pick up your bouquet so that they can enjoy it or have someone pick up your subscription. Please email to let us know if someone will be picking up your subscription in your place.

    4. We retain the ability to decline or cancel a new order.
This will only be done if the order is placed outside of our operating schedule, if we do not have product or staff availability, or if the delivery area is outside Zones 1-4 listed for subscriptions.

What is a CSA flower subscription?
CSA stands for “Community Supported Agriculture”, and is a direct way to link growers with lovers of flowers. CSA members invest in their local farm at the beginning of the season in anticipation of the harvest to come. By paying for a subscription, members are providing income to farms to off-set early season start-up costs. CSA is a locally-based approach to agriculture that fosters relationships within the community.
